A company is looking for a Web3 Grants Hunter with blockchain
experience required.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage the grants pipeline across blockchain protocols
and technology partners
Forge relationships with decision-makers in Web3 funding chains and
surface funding opportunities
Collaborate with teams to align grant sourcing with ecosystem
design and represent the company in strategic conversations
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years in grant strategy, business development, or ecosystem
growth, with at least 3 years in crypto or blockchain
Deep familiarity with grant mechanics in Web3, including DAO
governance and token incentives
Proven track record of winning competitive grants and persuasive
writing skills
Strong relationships across DAOs, accelerators, and on-chain
funding vehicles
Ability to navigate KYC-required and permissionless environments
effectively
