Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to end users as the first point of contact for
questions and troubleshooting
Maintain customer records and follow best practices for
documentation in the ticketing system
Participate in team goals and contribute to company-wide
initiatives, including product launches
Required Qualifications
Customer service experience
Experience with software, eMARs, EHRs, or other healthcare-related
technologies preferred
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
Ability to work in a compliant remote environment
Availability for a rotating on-call schedule
