Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Science Lead to manage and
develop its data science team while overseeing strategic
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of predictive
models for voter data
Manage and mentor the data science team, fostering a healthy and
inclusive culture
Develop and execute a strategic vision for enhancing the
effectiveness of Democratic candidates through data science
Required Qualifications
Experience leading data science teams with technical mentorship and
strategic direction
Proficiency in deploying machine learning or statistical models in
production environments
Experience in data science or statistics within social sciences or
business contexts
Proficiency in Python and/or R, along with SQL and modern cloud
data environments
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and their machine
learning services
