Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of consultants, managing performance and
development
Coach and train team members to enhance delivery quality and
efficiency
Develop strategies for team growth and contribute to delivery
methodology improvements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of consulting practice leadership experience
4+ years of consulting experience
Experience managing large teams and providing constructive
feedback
Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science, or
equivalent experience
Professional Services Automation (PSA) experience
