Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Closer.
Key Responsibilities
Close loans in compliance with company and SBA policies
Review loan documentation and coordinate pre-closing requirements
with borrowers and attorneys
Track loan expenses and update relevant data systems throughout the
closing process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Understanding of Title Reports, Searches, Insurance, Mortgage, UCC,
and lease documentation
Experience with SBA Loan Closing preferred
Proficiency in file management and various software
applications
Ability to manage a large volume loan queue and meet tight
deadlines
