Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Paid Search Specialist to support our Growth Marketing team. This role needs a detail-oriented, analytical, strategic, and creative thinker who has a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will be managing and analyzing campaigns while providing guidance to the team with actionable insights.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to help determine measurable KPI metrics, build a strategic plan based on a given budget, and collaborate with different team members. The right candidate will be excited about meeting aggressive goals and staying on top of a quickly evolving paid search ad landscape.
What You'll Do:


  • Execute, optimize, and analyze search campaigns (Search, PMAX, Discovery, etc) on a daily basis
  • Monitor and adjust bid strategies to achieve campaign goals while optimizing cost-per-click and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Report and analyze internal data daily, weekly and monthly for Google/Bing
  • Manage and pace monthly budgets on a routine basis to ensure efficient delivery of advertising spend and recommend any adjustments
  • Assess performance of existing keywords and explore new keywords for testing
  • Run A/B testing within platform to maximize click-through rates and conversions
  • Participate in managing the relationship with Google's Account team to help continue to the grow the business
  • Monitor and adjust bid strategies to achieve campaign goals while optimizing cost-per-click and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies
  • Collaborate with other Growth team members to discuss findings and strategies to improve channel/campaign performance.

    What You'll Need to Have:
    Required:

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience working on an analytics-driven role within an organization.
    • Extensive knowledge in Google/Bing Ads and its ecosystem
    • Strong ability in analyzing channel performance and evaluating KPIs
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Proficiency in GoogleSuite Products (Google Analytics, Google Sheets)
    • Good communication skills and the ability to present data in a meaningful way.
    • Team player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented.

      Preferred:

      • Google Ads and Bing Ads certification
      • Excitement for start-ups and building from the ground up
      • Experience with Looker or similar business intelligence/data visualization tools is a plus

        Compensation:

        • $67k-$75K per year base salary
        • An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
        • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
