Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solution is looking for an Accounts PayableSpecialist located in Culver City, CA.This position is contract (long-term assignment) paying$21-26/hour, based on experience. The company is interested in adding someone to their team ASAP.

Job Description:
- Performing full cycle APresponsibilities
- Match, code, process, and enter invoices to ERP
- Perform weekly checks - ach, wires, and checks
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
- Communicate with vendors/customers on a daily
- Research and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end responsibilities

Qualification:
- Bachelor/Associates in Accounting/Finance/Economics or any accredited certification is a PLUS
- 2-5+ years of previous experience handling Accounts Payable
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication and written skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and organized

Hours:
Full time, Monday-Friday

Compensation:
$21-26/hour
