In this role, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include:Responsibilities:

• Assist PM with Job Walks, create Scopes of Works, schedule work with vendors, and obtain lead times.
• Update/red-line plans onsite, ensure all trades work off the same set of plans, coordinate plan revisions.
• Lead weekly client meetings, provide 6-Week Look Ahead Schedule, project photos, and manage daily reports.
• Create and maintain Project and 6-Week Look Ahead Schedules, manage daily reports in Procore, including work details, photos, inspections, and deliveries.
• Handle RFI creation and follow-ups, review and verify drawings and data, and forward for stamping and logging.
• Schedule and perform inspections, provide necessary documentation, coordinate trades in the field, and create and update a Runlist.
• E-mail heavy haul requests weekly, hold weekly safety meetings, complete a Safety Meeting Report, walk the project, create and update punchlist near completion.Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role working on high-end luxury residential projects and finishes
  • Excellent understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
