We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Product Manager (Mid to Lead/ Management level) coming from a FinTech or Financial Services background to join our technology team (LA based or must relocate). This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the technology industry, particularly in the FinTech and financial services sectors. You will be at the forefront of our product development, from inception to launch, leveraging your knowledge of UI/UX, product design, and the software development life cycle (SDLC). Lead the product development process from conception to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales.3. Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and prototypes.4. Use your knowledge of UI/UX and product design to create intuitive, user-friendly products that meet the needs of our customers.5. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.6. Drive lead generation processes, identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement and conversion.7. Manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on business impact and customer needs.8. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving necessary changes.9. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure products meet compliance and regulatory requirements.10. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to bring forward new ideas and approaches.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.3. Proven experience in the FinTech or Financial Services sector.4. Deep knowledge of UI/UX principles and product design.5. Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).6. Experience with product development from scratch, including defining requirements, creating user stories, and managing product launches.7. Understanding of lead generation processes and strategies.8. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.9. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.10. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.11.
