The Opportunity NexTraq, a subsidiary of Michelin North America, is
looking - for driven Regional Account Executives to join our
growing team. Within your assigned geography, contribute to the
sustainable growth of the company by identifying, developing and
presenting and selling custom solutions to existing and future
customers in order to build new business base while generating
customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Work within a defined geographic territory to close sales, win
business, and reach sales goals. -
- Close sales by recommending the right solutions to help
prospective clients understand the real needs of their businesses.

- Earn referral business by connecting with existing and
soon-to-be clients, and forging partnerships in-person and over the
phone with key decision makers at the C-level. -
- Collaborate with various teams within the company on a regular
basis who will partner with you as you secure new business. -
- Travel up to 60% (typically 2 weeks per month). The Ideal
Candidate
- Bachelor's degree. -
- 1-3 years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably
field sales) within a results-driven environment. -
- Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with an assertive,
positive and persistent style. -
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to communicate effectively with diverse prospects at the
C-level. -
- Motivated, self-starter with effective time management skills.

- Ability to work independently, as well as being a collaborative
team member. -
- Experience with business-to-business sales, particularly at the
executive level. -
- SaaS strongly preferred. -
