As the long-term contract / temporary to hire Project Assistant, you will work in Manhattan Beach, California.What you get to do every single day- Ensuring key partners receive project information- Documenting meetings and keeping records of assignments and progress- Handling any needed travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project-related events- Providing support to Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications in order to maintain project deliverable schedules- Researching information online- Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations- Seeking further information to fill in gaps of incomplete documents- Support project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
