Job Description:

We are a small, established electrical company based out of Laguna Hills, CA for over 30 years, looking for an experienced generator installation foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with extensive knowledge of generator installation, compliance and maintenance in both residential and commercial projects. Duties & Responsibilities

---Work with engineer to strategize and create approvable blue prints

---Install conduits and wiring

---Install generators and transfer switches

---Oversee crew to ensure on time, complete installations

---Ensure quality workmanship, compliance and safe work procedures

---Assist with permit acquisition and meet with city inspectors as needed

---Provide technical explanations to customers when needed

---Conduct job walks with customers upon project completion

---Perform other related duties as directed

Requirements:

---Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of generator installation experience

---Current CA Driver's License and clean DMV record

---Professional demeanor, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

---Ability to think ahead and make e, well-spoken and decision-making skills

Compensation: Based on experience

Benefits: Health insurance, vacation time, 401k

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours, occasional Saturdays
