Job Summary

Position's primary focus may be in the areas of computer operations, computer repair, wire and cable installation, user, and desktop support (hardware and software), help desk, and data management. Performs a variety of complex information technology support duties to ensure smooth delivery of technology services. Monitors, operates, coordinates, assists, and trains others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals to achieve desired result. Utilizes computer equipment, software, and diagnostic tools to perform a broad range of employee assistance. Exercises judgment in selecting and applying procedures correctly and determines when to refer problems to the supervisor or the next level of support.

Credentials and Experience

• Four year bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of industry specific experience.
  Duties and Responsibilities
  
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
  • Repairing or replacing hardware as needed.
  • Debug systems and maintain network security.
  • Perform job duties within given timelines and budgets.
  • Remain apprised of the latest technological industry updates.
  • Install and maintain security software and equipment.
  • Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues relative to all corporate hardware and software in a timely manner.
