entertainment union is looking for a Contact Center Representative
on a contract to hire basis. You will be responsible for providing
excellent customer service to members by responding to phone calls,
emails, and web chats. This position acts as the most common touch
point for the union. As the Contact Center Representative, you will
be responsible for providing producers and members with information
regarding their union agreements, and will answer questions and
investigate potential claims to appropriate areas. You will answer
questions regarding billing, eligibility statuses, and will
complete special projects. Robert Half is looking for a candidate
with strong computer and customer service skills. Our client offers
a 35 hour work week and outstanding benefits! Hours are 9am-5pm and
parking is covered. Pay is up to 24/hr. -
