Society--- Health - -Position DescriptionWe're looking for a
digital-savvy Producer to join XPRIZE. As a member of the marketing
team, you'll project manage, produce and edit a catalog of original
social video content that aligns with and promotes XPRIZE areas of
focus; including but not limited to, science, global development,
and education. As Producer, you will be a highly capable
storyteller with skills in developing, writing, editing, and
producing compelling narratives for digital platforms. You will
also have a track record of being a self-starter with strong
initiative and the ability to deliver impactful stories on time and
within budget. - -Responsibilities--- Efficient project managing
and produce XPRIZE social content from end to end--- Creating &
managing show schedules, budgets and handling other administrative
responsibilities as necessary to meet all deadlines and to stay
within budget--- Ensuring that production best practices are being
upheld across teams, work to identify and streamline where
needed--- Presenting quality pitches that align with the XPRIZE
brand, IP, and content guidelines--- Directing professional and
non-professional on-camera talent in the studio, on location and
remotely--- Communicating brand & project goals to a high standard.
Ensuring deadlines, and other pertinent information is relayed to
team members, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure
deliverables for all projects are met--- Securing access internally
and externally to key interview subjects, academic institutions,
and organizations and finding opportunities to build out
relationships beyond the scope of a single project--- Providing
critical feedback during table reads and edit reviews on story
structure, flow, and accuracy across all shows where required---
Ensuring all appearance, location, and 3rd party clearances are
secured and filed appropriately--- Edit to a high standard,
producing high-performing and brand-defining videos--- Reviewing
cuts from 3rd party vendors, providing both creative and technical
notes--- Partnering with the Social Media Manager to ensure
content's successful performance including leveraging platform
tools, insights-driven recommendations, and packaging best
practices--- Perform other duties as requiredQualifications---
Minimum 5 years of end-to-end digital production experience--- A
skilled production all-rounder who can oversee small and large
scale projects end-to-end, on time, and within budget--- A strong
storyteller, writer, producer, and editor capable of executing
video across a broad variety of platforms--- Possesses a broad and
evolving understanding of digital media trends with a proven track
record for creating high-performing content and growing audiences
across platforms--- Proficient in Adobe CC (Premiere Pro, After
Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder, Illustrator)--- Strong knowledge
and experience with different video formats, codecs, frame rates,
audio compression, and standards for web video -Competencies

and technology preferred -The anticipated base salary for this
position is _____to _____and may also qualify for an annual
incentive. This role is eligible for our extensive benefits package

The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors
including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of
relevant experience for the role, level of education attained, and
