Job Description:

Lead a wide range of functions including forecasting, inventory management, sales and operations planning, long term capacity planning and identify and implement process improvements

Product distribution and transportation

Provide appropriate metrics and reporting data to monitor performance of inventory management, capacity, customer service, forecast accuracy, forecast bias

Contribute to the development and implementation of ERP based planning processes, and will be accountable for demonstrated use of ERP in forecasting and production planning to improve department efficiency

Plan, Manage and Deliver the regional branded finished goods supply - service and inventory performance - from suppliers to regional hub(s) through to Affiliate DCs and/or directly to customers

Support facilitation of cross functional critical product review process with key stake holders

Identify opportunities and mitigate risk activities associated with supply, drive solutions thru the IBP process

Challenge current working practices

Prepare and distribute reports to identify any production constraints or capacity issues

Work to resolve capacity and production issues to leverage supply opportunities and solve potential constraints
