We have established relationships with consultants, engineers, architects, subcontractors and vendor who specialize in federal and military projects. This allows us to successfully execute projects for USACE, NASA, NAVFAC.   • 5+ years experience managing federal construction projects
  • CQM certification
  • EM385 certification
  • Project management software experience: Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc Day-to-day:
    • Collaborate with Project Manager to plan and execute federal, military, and commercial construction projects
    • Track budgets and update schedules
    • Manage subcontractors to ensure quality work and scope adherence
    • Attend OAC meetings and establish/maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors
    • Document control - RFIs, RFPs, change orders, submittals, etc
