Job Description:

This role is 100% Remote and can be based anywhere in the US with around 10-20% travel. Ideally, we are looking for candidates in territories like California, South (TX), Midwest (OH), Southeast, or Northeast.Our client is a fast-growing, Private Equity backed company that provides SaaS tools and digital transformation solutions to the City / State / Local Government Market.We are seeking a Senior Account Executive that ideally comes from a GovTech background ideally with experience selling SaaS solutions into the SLED / Public Sector. This is a hunting role and you will be out in your territory building relationships with key accounts and prospects to position them successfully for RFPs.Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise Sales (100K to 500K+ deal sizes)
• Any combination of Public Sector / SLED sales experience and SaaS Sales experience.
• A Hunter mentality to find new business.
• Must have quota attainment success over a sustained period
• Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
• Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process
• CRM background in using Salesforce
• Experience working with RFP's and government contracts
