Job Description:

**Volt is actively recruiting for Sanitations Workers to support a Food Production Plant company in the city of Santa Fe Springs, CA**

As a Sanitation Worker, you will:

• Throw trash out 30 lbs. repetitive
• Wash machines with pressure guns
• must be able to bend and go under machines
• chemical use to wipe down machines
• punctual attendance according to shift-times or a pre-arranged work schedule.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Wear and maintain proper personal equipment (PPE).
• Remove reusable cans from the patched areas on the packing lines, rinse them, and return to the depalletize for re-use
• Clean around the trash compactor/dumpster and can baler and hose the area down.
• Clean and sweep around the labelers and dumpers
• Ensure that all chemicals are properly stored and labeled. We have openings on (1st shift 8am-6:30pm or 2nd shift from 5pm to 3:30am with 2 rotating days off)
  
  Pay for this position is $17.50/hr for the 1st shift plus overtime as needed, or 2nd shift at $17 plus overtime as needed.
