Job Description As DNA sequencing company providing fast whole plasmid & PCR sequencing to researchers, we are in urgent need for Client Service Representative in Monrovia who is a hardworking, passionate individual excited to learn new products and processes. 100% Onsite! Pay: $20 - $28/hr Depending on experience Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Job Summary: You will be responsible for delivering great customer experience to world class research scientists. Our customers are advancing humankinds understanding of biology and medicine; from developing new cancer treatments to general plant biology to virus research. We are an important part of their research workflow. Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer phone and email inquiries; or DNA sample preparation requirement questions
• Add Purchase Order information to the internal system and follow up with customers. (Done with lab managers/ administrators)
• Monitor activity logs and update database information as necessary
• Handle new vendor registration process
• Contact clients accounts payable department Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree required*****
  • Minimum 3 years experience in client/customer service in business/corporate settings required (not just food industry or retail).
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-motivated and strong work ethic
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to a team atmosphere where everyone is working together towards a common goal.
  • Ability to adjust and take on additional roles and responsibilities.
