Page.OPPORTUNITYThe Onboarding Associate role presents an exciting
new opportunity to ensure that newly hired teachers and
non-instructional staff are set up for success as they launch a
career at Green Dot. You will establish best-in-class onboarding
plans and processes; regularly communicate with incoming hires;
track new hires' status in the onboarding process; and gather and
store relevant paperwork. You will also proactively communicate
with school leaders about incoming hires and their role in
onboarding, and you will work closely with hiring managers to
ensure that plans and goals are clearly outlined for new hires'
first days and months in the organization. This role reports to the
Director of Human Resources. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESThe
Onboarding Associate is responsible for the following in addition
to any other responsibilities as determined by their manager, the
Director of Human Resources.Onboarding Plans and Processes Develop
and share consistent onboarding plans to be used across the
organization, customizing them as needed based on role Possess a
deep understanding of organizational policies in order to ensure
they are incorporated into onboarding plans Partner with hiring
managers to develop onboarding schedules, 30/60/90-day plans, and
Key Performance Indicators for new hiresNew Hire Support Ensure
that new hires have a positive and memorable onboarding experience
that lends to their success and affinity for the organization Stay
in close contact with incoming hires about onboarding logistics and
key details Ensure that new hires have the information and
resources they need to be successful, including manuals, handbooks,
technology, and relevant account access Respond to questions that
new hires may have as they settle into their role Generate, gather
and file all paperwork related to new hires, including offer
letters, I-9s, TB results, vaccination records, W-4s, etc. Arrange
and potentially facilitate onboarding sessions for new
hiresTracking and Communication Develop and implement a system for
tracking all incoming hires (e.g., collecting documents and
processing in HRIS) Proactively communicate with hiring managers
and school leaders about incoming hires and their role in the
onboarding processQUALIFICATIONSAs an ideal candidate: You have a
Bachelor's degree You have 1-5 years working in human capital or
human resources You have experience onboarding employees and
building systems around onboarding (a plus) You have a background
working in a school-based setting (a plus) You are values aligned.

required to perform the job.MEASUREMENTAt the end of Year 1, you
will have created strong onboarding plans and processes to be used
across the organization. You will be a trusted resource to new
hires, and you will have built strong relationships with school
leaders. You will have worked with hiring managers to develop clear
plans and goals for new hires' first months in their role. You will
also have developed systems for tracking key information such as
where new hires are in the onboarding process and the status of new
hires' onboarding paperwork. You will have helped ensure that new
hires had the information and resources they needed to be
successful in their roles and eager to continue in their career at
Green Dot. COMPENSATIONThe starting annual hourly rate range for
this position is $25.00 - $28.00, based on education and
experience. This position also qualifies for a one-time $2,500
signing bonus, paid in two installments after months 6 and 12 of
employment (subject to change). In addition, Green Dot offers one
