Job Description
The Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist is on the frontlines
representing EDMO on a daily basis. This role is the first and
often most constant relationship our families have. They are
responsible for providing excellent, heartfelt and genuine customer
service to our families through all virtual mediums. This includes
but is not limited to phone calls, emails, Live chat systems,
intake forms, and video calls. This role will be responsible for
managing our Spanish phone line as well as our Spanish email
account. They will also assist in translating any family
communications and marketing materials.

This is a remote position
Salary: $20/hr
Hours: Starting at 20 hours a week (this may increase if the need
arises)
Start Date: End of January
