for apartments, e-sign the lease agreement, manage their home
including paying rent, requesting maintenance and cleaning, call
community shuttles, use community perks, and sign up for various
events etc. With ever-evolving physical living products and
technology-empowered operations, Tripalink can provide the best
living experience for its target renters. The company currently
manages about 6,000 bed spaces in Los Angeles, Irvine, Seattle,
Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Tucson, Austin, San Francisco, and
Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained
Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to
Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding
Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer
Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market
Developing client relationships and strengthening industry
Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking
Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained
Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies
aimed at increasing revenue.
Assessing and advising on potential joint ventures, mergers, and
Bachelor's Degree in Business Development or Marketing, or
Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) preferred.
3+ years of experience as a Business Development Specialist in a
Proficiency in CRM software such as: Monday.
Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies,
and brand expansion.
Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and
Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor
Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish
Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
Ability to advise on possible joint ventures, mergers, and
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
