Job Description:

*Safety Zone Security is currently looking to hire a sales professional for a Business Development role to execute business to business sales.*

*RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: *
* Prospect, secure leads and close sales with professional cold-calling, bid proposal and lead generation techniques.

* Establish relationships with potential clients to distinguish Safety Zone Security from the current security service and provide custom solutions professionally and effectively

* Submit RFPs, RFBs and RFIs to government and private sector organizations following strict and formal submission guidelines on a timely basis with professionalism that sets Safety Zone Security apart from the competition

* Identify unique contacts in the sales process and create mutually beneficial relationships to close sales

* Strategically plan and schedule client meetings with an "everything must-close" mindset

* Conduct yourself with the highest ethical and professional standards

* Execute high level of integrity and trust with all clients, staff and partners of Safety Zone Security.

*REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE*

The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year sales experience in a B2B environment selling security guard services.

In addition, we seek the following:
* Proven track record of surpassing goals in sales activity with a unique sales approach that differentiates Safety Zone Security from competitors

* A true shark with the ability to leverage social media and professional networks to prospect and follow up with consistency. Attend professional networking events if deemed necessary

* World class communication and interpersonal skills as well as outstanding writing skills

* Dedication to high quality service implementation and integrity through proven client and customer relationships

* Ability to produce unmatched client proposals, close deals and keep track of sales/prospects using CRM software and social media.

* Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to strategically plan sales calls, sales presentations and cold calling

* Effective sales tactics and innovative ideas to create connections that produce large multi-million dollar contracts

* Experience in outside security sales from prospect to close.

* Ability to travel throughout sales region and represent Safety Zone Security with the highest ethical and professional standards
