chart-toppers on Audible and other platforms.ABOUT THE ROLEThe
Content Delivery Associate will hold a dynamic role, owning the
publishing, archiving, and overall asset management of all of
Pushkin's content in partnership with our production teams. The
Content Delivery Associate will work alongside all production
departments to support the creation of all shows within their
department. This role will collaborate with various teams,
including production, editorial, engineering, business, and
marketing, and work alongside fellow operations team members. The
role will report to Pushkin's Associate Director of
Operations.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage set up and delivery of
audio files and supporting assets (episodes, promos, house ads,
feed drops, show art) to all relevant platforms (Pushkin website,
Megaphone, Omny, TAP, Apple Podcast Connect, YouTube, Stitcher,
Spotify, Supporting Cast). Track the QC process, ensuring asset
finalization meets publication timeline Support producers and
engineers by ensuring that they consistently use the correct file
types, naming conventions and metadata tagging. Network-wide asset
management, enforcing file naming conventions and file hierarchy
across Google Drive. Support the archival process for all visual,
audio, legal, and script assets by maintaining consistency and
organization.SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate will have
the following: Exceptional file organization skills and precise
attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and
consistently deliver quality work Proficiency in audio and visual
file formats (compressed vs. uncompressed; stereo vs. mono; bit
rate; sampling rate; 48k vs. 44.1k; jpeg vs. png) Familiarity with
various publishing platforms including social media, not limited to
audio Comfort working across time zones with geographically
distributed teams Comfort working in a fast-paced environment 1-2
years experience in audio production (includes academic work or
internships) Basic familiarity with Pro Tools (working with stereo
wavs, copy/pasting) a plusThis is a full-time staff position that
will be based in New York, NY, or Los Angeles, CA with a hybrid
work arrangement. To ensure safety among ourselves and our
communities, we require that all Pushkin employees are fully
vaccinated with the FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and booster
shots.Compensation will comprise a base salary, full benefits
(medical, dental, vision), and eligibility for an annual
performance bonus and stock options in the company. The minimum
annual base salary for this role is $60,000. Pushkin employees have
a two-week Pushkin-wide holiday break, an additional two weeks of
paid vacation, paid holidays, and eligibility for parental
leave.
