Job Description:

We are working with a client in the El Segundo, Los Angeles area who is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help assist and run the recruiting for their contingent labor department. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for contingent labor, your main responsibilities will be to act as a liaisons between the company and staffing agencies to fill contingent labor recruitment needs. To be successful in this opportunity we are looking for someone that has 3 plus years of full cycle recruiting, someone who is personable, and someone who has prior experience working with staffing agencies.This role is located in El Segundo, Los Angeles, but will be fully remote (Working PST hours is a must).   • Regularly audit contingent workforce to identify contingent labor-related risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate and manage risks (i.e. co-employment and independent contractor misclassification, etc.)
  • Review insurance and contracts as well as enforcing contract pricing and staffing partner rate requirements
  • Implement workforce planning and succession planning by proactively seeking information in attraction, sourcing, and recruitment methodologies
  • Use consultative approach to partner with department heads and People Operations Business Partners (POBP) to build human capital plans and allocate budgets for contingent labor (contractor and leased employees)
  • Work with Coordinator, Project Coordinator & Reporting to generate ongoing reports and dashboards, and present contingent labor hiring plan progress and metrics to People Ops leadership on a regular basis
  • Support additional hiring needs, including but not limited to full-time, part-time, and interns as requestedQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Sociology, Psychology or relevant experience
    • 3 - 4 years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience (preferably focused on contingent labor engagements within a complex scaling, a staffing agency, or a startup); or equivalent experience
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, et al), LinkedIn and various online sourcing methods and CRM/ATS tools (Greenhouse ATS preferred)
    • Preferred: CCWP, SHRM-CP, or PHR certificationsPerks of the Team:
