We're out scouting for a newest member to join our Revenue Generation team! As a RevGen Traffic Coordinator, you'll help build the foundation for the next generation of lifestyle hotels & resorts within a collaborative environment and a company that wants push the limits of hospitality. If you have a knack for planning and a closet so organized, each shirt, shoe, or sweater is cataloged by season and color, we need your help. This role will help craft reports that steer our strategy in new bold direction or help play a part in planning a multi-faceted marketing campaign. Here's what the job would look like: In this role, you'll be the glue that helps keep the RevGen Leadership team stay organized as Springboard continues to rapidly grow its collection of hotels. You'll have the opportunity to work and learn about the Revenue Management, Distribution, Marketing, Social and Sales functions and gain experience in these areas while working alongside and interface with all team members throughout the company. CORE PLATFORMS WE USE * Google Workspace, Analytics + Data Studio * Google Sites (Our Internal Intranet) * Clickup Project Management * Microsoft Office Tools * Canva * IvVy Sales & Catering * Synxis CRS * Sensible Social * Zoom Meetings * Canva ONGOING + EVERYDAY TASKS * Helps maintain an organized filing system for RevGen through Google Workspace * Interface with other department heads to coordinate revenue, marketing + sales initiatives. * Assist with launching new hotels or welcoming established ones into Springboard. * Help create, maintain, publish and organize various types of documents and content. * Providing assistance to RevGen Leadership team and Springboard's unique collection of properties. * Coordinates RevGen by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information * Manages the everyday items, tools and processes for the RevGen Department including managing user requests for Springboard's everyday platforms, scheduling internal or outside conferences and meetings along with reporting. * Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned BE A TRENDSETTER, USING DATA * Compile RevGen weekly and month-end reports, including sales activities, collection rollups. * Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. * Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts. * Perform data entry duties in regard to key metrics, like sales figures, revenue stats and other key data. THE SALES SIDE * Responds to all RFP's and execute FIT agreements for hotels without sales teams, including analyzing competition, market trends and customer needs. * Create and distribute all group and transient contracts, BEO's and resumes for corporate sales assisted hotels * Contracting with FIT partners and local corporate rate agreements when needed * Assists with all marketing plans, gathering, organizing, and formatting presentations * Maintain an active list of accounts to ensure continuous relationship development * Assist with group and transient production reports monthly * Assist with weekly IvVy reporting (Our Sales & Events Platforms THE MARKETING SIDE * Assist with implementing and managing hotel websites and global websites, including updating content and imagery. * Assist with conducting regular audits of hotel websites to ensure each hotel is optimized for high-quality custom images, content, links, and ADA compliance, work with hotels on corrective action. * Assist with all hotel and corporate communication and marketing, including assisting with developing and deploying social media posts, email marketing, call center and website campaigns. * Assist with providing tracking, analysis, and reporting on e-commerce and marketing tactics for hotel properties and corporate THE REVENUE + DISTRIBUTION SIDE * Responsible for the upkeep and accuracy of the Springboard Hospitality Rate Loading Instruction database. * Tracking, measuring, and reporting brand and hotel level performance in various distribution channels * Configure and maintain new properties within Springboard Hospitality Central Reservation System. * Engage with hotel users to provide daily support including technical and training documentation for all revenue management + distribution solutions. * Test and Implement key distribution strategies to increase revenue opportunities.
