We're looking for an experienced Chief of Staff, to support our CEO and Executive team to drive our mission to transform the way humans learn, work, and collaborate.

As the Chief of Staff, you will be the CEO's right-hand person to support/spearhead a plethora of strategic initiatives that significantly impact the company's business objectives - both customer facing and internal. In this role you will serve as a key partner for senior leaders on a wide range of projects involving strategic planning, business decision support, building financial models and pitch decks for current and prospective partners & investors, board communications, and aiding in cross functional communication to help maintain alignment across the org.

In this highly valued role, you will be able to leverage your experience to support and carry out new strategic initiatives that will shape the current and future state of the company. To be successful you will need a high degree of independence, analytical thinking and be able to drive cross-functional projects, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment, and communicate effectively across the org.

In This Role You Will:
Assist in all aspects of strategy and business development to provide leverage and work to improve the operating efficiency of our CEO- making time, information, and decision-making more effective.
Support our CEO in developing, formazling and implementing strategies around company growth and organizational improvement.
Function as a strategic partner with CEO and Leadership to maximize business outcomes; working autonomously and driving the strategic agenda with a focus on cultivating and driving key business partnerships forward.
Present to C-Suite Level Management Teams, Investors, and Board of Directors.
Influence and facilitate business leaders to set short and long-term strategies to drive strategic initiatives.
Report, analyze, and translate data into key insights that drive strategic decision-making at the executive level.
Analyze financial performance results, trends, and opportunities to recommend strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Establish and manage KPIs and an effective oversight process to enable rapid business decisions while mitigating risk.
Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability, innovative thinking and process improvement day to day.

What We Are Looking for In a Candidate:
5+ years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance and/or Business Operations role.
MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
Outstanding presentation skills and communication (written and verbal).
Highly comfortable with excel modeling and industry analysis.
Can communicate complex ideas visually and verbally.
Strong independent decision-making ability.
Confident interpersonal and presentation skills in speaking with different levels of management.
Ability to analyze large amounts of data.
Substantial experience understanding finance and modeling.
Fluent understanding of P&L dynamics and unit economics.
Highly organized and process-oriented.
Ability to run point on projects and escalate as necessary.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate information across multiple business units and build effective business relationships within an organization.
Highly motivated working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, where there is no "typical" day and endless exponential growth.
An exemplary leader with a people-first mindset who has the ability to inspire and influence others.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
The salary range for this role is $104,648.00 to $116,699.00 and final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise. This position may also be eligible for an annual company performance based-bonus and/or a quarterly performance bonus. Talespin complies with applicable law regarding pay transparency.
