Dynamic, Self-Starting and Results-Oriented Account Manager for growing high technology manufacturer of wirelessly connected employee safety solutions - YOUR Skills include:A Minimum of 5 consecutive years of successful Sales in technical hardware communications or software experience (may include, technical sales support, account management), with IT professional services, Communications, or Safety consulting providers.Highly accountability for actions and driven to perform with resultsSkilled in Word, Excel and NetSuiteAble to earn respect and trust with potential and existing customersAbility to deepen vendor relationships.Highly efficient, organized, flexible, goal oriented, and solutions-orientedExtensive background in specific solution sales of either software, hardware or high technology manufactured productsA Team player with experience in team environmentsAble to think strategically and plan solutions that are best for the client's needsExcellent time managementAble to identify key issues/obstacles/competitors and propose solutions to clearly resolve the challenges facing the corporation or individualAble to secure meetings and obtain commitments from key decision makers, project managers and budget stakeholdersExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills - enjoys public speakingCommitted to excellence, integrity, results and professionalismA working knowledge of lone worker safety legislationYOUR Responsibilities and Duties will include:Making telephone calls and conducting in-person meetings with Health, Environment & Safety managers for the purpose of promoting Blackline's Safety products and services to prospective clientsSupporting sales as a trusted advisor to the customer, and building on existing client relationshipsActively support the sales process in professionally managing accounts through the sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations.Support key strategic major account sales efforts, including technical demonstrations, training and pilot program development, lead follow-up and prospecting, arranging appointments, and closing on proposals and presentations with clientsRegularly participate and travel to and from industry trade shows, functions, and networking events.Qualify a strong pipeline of new sales opportunitiesMeet and exceed established sales and performance targetsFrame, design, and deliver winning presentations and proposalsContribute to shaping the growth of customer deployments and expanding the use and implementation of employee safety solutions from Blackline Safety to global customersEnsure that all details of efforts of the sales process are fully captured in Netsuite CRMProvide timely response to inter-office and customer facing communicationsRequired Background and Education:Extensive customer service experienceProven ability to resolve problems with solutions that met or exceeded customer needsBachelor's degreeMinimum 5 years of Technical Sales or Enterprise sales for a company earning more than $10 million in revenuesThe Account Manager will be responsible for driving the retention of a multi-million dollar book of business. The successful candidate will work directly with customers, communicate with them proactively and resolve issues to ensure they are getting the most out of their investment in Blackline products and services. The Account Manager will develop programs and processes to manage the retention of a growing customer base and will have the support of Blackline Safety's team to ensure customers will recommend Blackline Safety to their colleagues.
