Position Summary: Sr. Specialist, CRM Automation

The purpose of this job is to develop our automated programs within the CRM organization. This will include but is not limited to, Customer Journey construction, Triggered Email setup, Transactional Email production, Real-Time Messaging, and Behavioral Messaging production. This role will play a pivotal role in increasing the engagement that GCI has with its customers by delivering highly targeted email and SMS communications. This role will also contribute to expanding the suite of data sets that are available for CRM Marketing and Marketing overall have in their toolkit, so that we may continue to grow our reach.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Design and build new Customer Journeys, Triggered emails, Behavioral Triggers, and Transactional Communications
  • Produce weekly and ad hoc reporting as needed to summarize the impact of our automated CRM marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with CRM Campaign Planning team to plan out needed customer journeys, triggered, transactional or real-time emails to support our business needs and customer touchpoints.
  • Advocate within CRM and Marketing overall for the use of the most effective tools, processes, and segmentation to deliver on our business needs
  • Additional duties as assigned
