Job Description:

In this position, the Product Marketing Specialist will work at the intersection of CRM and technology. The Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert on capabilities on marketing technology platforms and services (including Iterable, mParticle, and Amplitude). They will be responsible for digital campaign operations and capabilities, working alongside the CRM team and product teams to execute campaigns across a variety of NBCU networks (NBC, Bravo, Oxygen, E!, USA, SyFy, Telemundo). The ideal candidate will be data-driven with a growth mindset and will be comfortable in an A/B testing environment. This is a highly cross-functional role and will require the consummate team player to be successful.


Become subject matter expert on capabilities of NBCE marketing technology platforms and tools, including Iterable, mParticle, and Amplitude

Become subject matter expert in push, in app, and connected device campaign execution (template setup, a/b tests, and deployment best practices)

Setup and execute blast campaigns and workflows for push, in app, and connected device, ensuring coordination across campaign operations

Manage ongoing mobile automations and optimize setups as necessary

Assist in email campaign deployments and workflow setups when needed

Collaborate with brand leads on campaign requirements for new tactic deployments

Assist in peer-to-peer QA review of all campaigns prior to deployment, ensuring operational excellence

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Bachelors Degree

Minimum 2+ years of experience in email and mobile marketing campaign operations, marketing technology execution or related field

Previous experience working in a performance marketing or direct response marketing role for a large consumer facing brand

Must have demonstrated experience with partnering with CRM and technology teams to support marketing initiatives or functionality.

Organized with an acute attention to detail and focus on executional excellence.

Flexibility and an ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Data driven-thinker who uses insights and analysis to guide strategies and make decisions.

Self-starter who can work independently, is proactive, resourceful and possess good follow-through.

Experience with Iterable, AirTable, and JIRA
