Job Description:


Trainers, Coaches, Consultants. Process and Culture and Guest Experience. Passion for luxury, brand storytelling, and luxury guest experience creation.

Comfortable with high level leadership and front-line team members. Interested in working with both. Confident delivering content after train-the-trainer sessions and customizing content on the fly in consultation with target audiences. Comfortable with the ways that technology tools are revolutionizing experiences and interested in how the human touch is still critical to a people-driven, technology-enabled experience.

A working knowledge of dealership operations is a positive, but the working knowledge you may have gotten by buying cars and having them serviced at dealerships can be sufficient.

  • Work with fellow consultants, corporate, field, and retail personnel to elevate the brand story and the guest experience
  • Stay on track with content provided but also flexible and adaptable
  • Understand and overcome the obstacles of curating luxury in a dual environment
  • Effectively track and communicate target dealer performance
  • Share ideas and draw ideas out of an audience
  • Create and maintain positive, influential relationships with dealership personnel
  • Collaborate with regional field personnel implementing client-centric processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Openness and curiosity around new solutions to age-old problems
  • Extensive retail management experience and the ability to coach, train, and mentor employees
  • Prior luxury brand experience
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Working knowledge of dealership operations
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Proven ability to collaborate, consult, and influence.
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Wired to track results and scale successful tactics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned regional area
