AgreeYa Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager
(BDM) who will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing and
closing opportunities with new customers within United States.
As a Business Development Manager you will be developing
staffing opportunities nationwide, offering a full range of
Information Technology (IT) staffing solutions.
- Develop client relationships and drive revenue within our
Professional Staffing and Managed Solutions offerings.
- Generate new leads and direct clients for IT Staffing across US
- Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company
profitability goals and objectives.
- Meet and exceed company's staffing targets
- Execute the business development plan while working with key
- Develop strong, long-term trusted relationships with senior
management at target accounts and close business.
- Develop target account plans and execute on the account plan to
deliver maximum revenue potential.
- Cross sell into existing clients to create new revenue
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-15 years (depending on the level) of quota carrying sales or
account management experience in Staffing Sales.
- Experience managing fast-paced, complex product and services
- Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in
selling to C/V/D-Level executives
- Track record of consistently over-achieving quota in current
and past positions
- Competitive, team player, self-starter attitude with a desire
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Travel required up to 40%.
