We are seeking a polished, hardworking and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant to support the Founder. Minimum years'
experience in an Administrative Assistant Experience supporting an
Executive in the account, brand, and/or client management space.
Experience in an agency or the startup world is preferred but not
required to apply! DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Heavy scheduling
and calendar management * Providing administrative support to the
Founder, Chief of Staff and Head of People and Culture * Create and
maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical * Assist in
the onboarding process for new hires * Plan in-house or off-site
activities for internal company events and celebrations *
Miscellaneous personal tasks for the Founder * Office Management
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: * Ability to make independent decisions on
a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks *
Must collaborate with other administrators and support personnel,
management and clients on a regular basis * Organization and
prioritization are the core elements of this position's
responsibilities. You must know how to keep yourself and others
organized and how to prioritize which tasks are the most important.
* Knowledge of keynote is a must
