Job Description:

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is teamed with a leading global aerospace and defense firm. Our client has an immediate fulltime/direct hire Production Supervisor position with Repair and Overhaul experience for the 1st shift.
Summary of Job Scope:

• 8-10 years of experience in leading a team in Repair and Overhaul (R&O).
• Hydraulic product experience is a plus.
• Defense and Aerospace experience is a plus.
• Experience with high precision, low volume products, such as servo actuators and/or hydraulic actuators is a plus.
• Hire, mentor and develop a team of 10-20+ employees.
• Responsible for interviewing, hiring and mentoring staff.
• Ensure members adhere to all work instructions and quality requirements.
• Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Will manage a budget and related labor and material costs.
• expenses, purchase orders, etc.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge is highly preferred.
  ---Education:
  • BS or AS Degree in a technical discipline is preferred but not required.
