Founded in 1944, Campbell Hall is a leading independent school. It

supporting both affinity groups and social action organizations for
parents and students. The Associate Head of Community Engagement
role is a tremendous opportunity to operate as a senior executive
with the energy and efficacy to examine the school's issues and
opportunities both from the 20,000-foot strategic view and also at
the tactical policy and classroom level.

Community Engagement include:

advise the full Administrative Team
--- Design an institutional data collection, analysis, and
reporting process to benchmark and promote accountability for DEIJ
at Campbell Hall
--- Maintain strategic relationships with the greater community,
alumni, donors, and organizations focused on DEIJ
--- Collaborate with senior leaders to integrate DEIJ best
practices into hiring and retention practices
--- Ensure a coordinated and cohesive institutional approach to
diversity, equity, and inclusion organizational excellence
--- Serve as an advocate, mentor, and resource for constituents
with concerns and issues related to DEIJ

is needed to raise the level of trust for our alumni who are eager
to be heard

senior leadership team, Board of Directors, and Head of School. The
Associate Head will help build institutional capacity in this work,
understanding that work is already happening at the student
level

great initiative and helping put a DEIJ lens over how the school
develops moving forward
