Our client, Northridge Service, is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join their team. Someone who is a self starter, and is motivated financially for personal gain, as well as shop success. Clean cut and presentable attire and appearance is a must. You will be the face of their shop to all incoming customers. Being able to walk them through repairs, and answer any questions they may have is key in the continued success of their business.Other job skills will include, but not be limited to:* Greeting Customers* Time Management* Selling, but Ethically* Calculate Expenses* Draft Repair Orders* Recording Information In Correct Databases* Walk Around Inspection Of Vehicle Upon Writeup And Pickup* Follow-Up With Customer* Valid Driver's License* Diagnostic Capabilities If NeededThe integrity of their shop is very important to them.
