guest safety* Organize with the land sport supervisor the
monitoring of all pool areas in the resort according to company
standards and procedures* Coordinate work load and task
distribution with the other lifeguards* Update posting and signage
information when needed* Respect the standards of the resort in
particular those on pool safety and hygiene* Implement corrective
actions when necessary* Manage all materials and maintain in good
condition* Inform the land sport supervisor or the sports manager
of any possible issues
