Job Description:
Project Document & Data Management Clerk Job Duties &
Responsibilities --- Perform technical and administrative duties
including, but not limited to, scanning hard-copy documents,
renaming electronic files per project requirements, checking
revision, formatting, issue status requirements of hard-copy and
electronic documents --- Assist with receiving and filing related
documents in a timely manner, make accurate entries and updates in
project databases such as a document management system --- May
create and organize hard copy backup materials, create electronic
and hard-copy transmittals, prepare email notifications to internal
and external customers --- Use Data Management System (DMS)
software for searching, data entry, bulk-loading, review
initiation, issuing documents, and troubleshooting errors --- May
be required to support external expediting by printing the
Subcontractor---s Data Reports and work with the responsible
engineers for updates on expected dates; communicate updates to
personnel involved --- May be required to support internal
expediting of the document reviews or any other part of the
document life cycle --- May be asked to provide feedback on project
work processes --- Perform minor DMS software support for end users
--- Responsible for compliance dictated by Client regarding
maintenance of related documentation --- Maintain compliance with
all applicable policies and procedures --- Plan, organize, and
carry out assignments as directed --- Meet expectations on
attendance and punctuality --- Other duties as assigned Minimum
Qualifications --- High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate
General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent.
--- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include
but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors,
contractors, and visitors --- Job related technical knowledge
necessary to complete the job --- Ability to attend to detail and
work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner --- Ability to
read and follow written and verbal instructions --- Basic
interpersonal communication skills --- Ability to adapt to change,
work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks and priorities ---
Basic computer experience and knowledge of typical software
programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, email, and
