In this key role, you will supervise and coordinate all of the
staff activities of the Investigational Drug Services, including
the initiation, monitoring and auditing of all approved
investigational drug studies. You will maintain adequate staffing
as well as train, coach, motivate and evaluate employees to ensure
the appropriate delivery of drug distribution, clinical and
investigational services. You will also be responsible for
inventory control and protocol monitoring.
