The Director will be responsible for the design, development, and
implementation of innovative learning. and development to grow and
enhance CII’s employees, managers, and culture. Reporting to the
SVP of. HR, the Director will partner closely with both the Human
Resources and leadership teams to support and. facilitate needed
cultural change, and drive professional development strategy in a
systematic,. comprehensive, and cohesive manner across the
organization.. ESSENTIAL DUTIES. To perform this job successfully,

ORGANIZATION EFFECTIVENESS. 1. Translate business strategies into
people strategies that leverage the organization’s current.
strengths and values while driving culture change for high
performance and accountability. 2. Collaborate with executive
leadership and senior management team to identify needs and.
develop solutions; bring others along to achieve high-quality
outcomes effectively; fosters a. unifying Agency mindset driven by
the open exchange of ideas between departments. TALENT MANAGEMENT.
3. Partner with HR and senior management to set and implement
talent strategies such as. improving performance management, career
development, and driving employee engagement. initiatives. 4. In
collaboration with the SVP of HR, co-lead an actionable talent
review and succession process. that connects performance and
cultural values to development and total rewards. LEARNING AND
DEVELOPMENT. 5. Design, develop and facilitate learning and
development across multiple delivery mediums,. including in-person
training, coaching and mentoring, e-learning, and innovative
strategies as. well as enhancing on the job experiences, creating
frameworks for skill assessment, and success. measurement. 6.
Architect, orchestrate, and implement the infrastructure for
training and development within the. 7. Coach leaders to drive a
learning and development culture while helping them drive results.
through accountability. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES. ? Is
responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation
of the direct reports.. ? Carries out supervisory responsibilities
in accordance with the organization's policies and. applicable
laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training

performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;. addressing

development. ? Bachelor’s Degree in organizational development or
other related field. ? Master’s degree in organizational
development or related field preferred. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS. ?
Demonstrated strategic leadership and ability to understand the
strategic context, translate. organizational change implications
and generate a change approach, and propose solutions. that drive
desired outcomes. ? Highly experienced in best practices for
organizational job design, overall organizational. effectiveness,
change management, and talent management, with a focus on
innovative. ? Stellar communication and consultative skills with
demonstrated ability to build relationships,. and establish
credibility to influence stakeholders and colleagues throughout the
