Job Description:
Do you enjoy working with complex Front End development? Are you
looking to engage with modern front end libraries and use them to
build innovative solutions to difficult challenges? Are you excited

expanding startup company in the West LA area working to build a
highly scaled social media platform which enables users to message
and interact with each other. Our robust platform handles millions
of messages every second helping to support some of the biggest
names in media and entertainment on our platform. As we continue to
grow and expand we need a Sr. Front End Engineer to help modernize
and upgrade our growing platform.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work closely with back end and product development teams to work
on building front end architecture- Collaborate with other front
end developers on best coding practices as well as engage in code
review sessions- Engage in Agile/SCRUM methodology for planning new
feature development stages- Work hands on with front end
development on all new features added to platform
What You Need for this Position
The Lead Front End Engineer must have at least 6 years of hands on
development experience and be familiar with:- Bachelor's Degree in
CS or related field- Hands on with front end technologies
(JavaScript, SASS/LESS, TypeScript, etc.)- Previous working
knowledge of modern front end libraries (React.JS, Angular.JS,
Vue.JS, etc.)- Solid grasp of REST API Integrations- Experience
with modern testing methods (TDD/BDD)Nice to Have:- Master's Degree
in related field- Hands on work with D3.JS frameworks- Experience
with AWS Cloud technologies- Background in Node.JS or React-Native
frameworks highly desired
