Job Description:
This role is responsible for developing and managing production
schedules across a two-site manufacturing network to ensure timely
product delivery and operational efficiency. The Senior Production
Planner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align
supply, demand, and resources while driving continuous improvements
in planning and execution. Client Details This company is a leading

goods. They focus on developing innovative, science-backed products
that support everyday health, energy, and performance for a broad
range of consumers. Description Build systems, processes, and
organizational capabilities to support key business functions
across production and supply chain operations. Support
decision-making and drive improvements across areas such as
production scheduling, materials planning, capacity planning,
inventory management, and supply chain execution. Identify and
address gaps between supply, resources, and demand while aligning
plans to meet customer needs. Develop, maintain, and adjust
production schedules based on forecasts, available resources, and
material readiness. Monitor production workflows to proactively
identify delays or bottlenecks. Coordinate with procurement teams
to ensure on-time availability of raw materials and components.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing, logistics, and quality
control teams to achieve production targets. Analyze production
performance data to identify and implement process improvements.
Prepare regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and
schedule adherence. Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting
production timelines. Effectively communicate results and updates
to stakeholders via written reports, presentations, and meetings
Profile Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred). 3-5 years of
experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, or
supply chain coordination. Strong analytical skills with a
proactive, problem-solving mindset. Proficiency with ERP/MRP
systems (e.g., SAP, Infor) and advanced Microsoft Excel. Excellent
communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Job Offer
