Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centerless Grinder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating centerless grinding machines to grind external or internal cylindrical or tapered surfaces of metal workpieces to blueprint specifications. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional looking to bring their expertise to a dynamic and innovative team. Responsibilities: 1. Set up and operate centerless grinding machines to grind external or internal cylindrical or tapered surfaces of metal workpieces according to blueprint specifications. 2. Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure that surfaces and dimensions meet specifications. 3. Select and mount grinding wheels on machines, according to specifications, using hand tools and applying knowledge of abrasives and grinding procedures. 4. Dress wheels to specified profiles to optimize grinding efficiency. 5. Monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are necessary, stopping machines when problems occur. Qualifications: 1. High School diploma or equivalent. 2. 2 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. 5.
