Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Night
Shift Converting Supervisor to oversee our paper converting
operations at our Van Nuys, CA facility.This role is vital in
ensuring the productivity, compliance and safety of the night shift
team.The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a
background in manufacturingand the ability to coordinate operations
in a fast-paced industrial environment. Qualifications:
Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand and
troubleshoot industrial equipment Prior experience in a
manufacturing or production environment highly recommended Strong
communication and leadership skills Ability to work
independentlyand make sound decisions under pressure Must be
reliable, punctual, and capable of managing a team effectively
Hours are 5 p.m. - 5 a.m. - during training 1-2 weeks will have to
train during the day. Temp to Hire $25. hr.
