Job Details Responsibilities: Lead and mentor production staff to maintain top-tier performance in safety, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency Manage daily production schedules and communicate effectively about any shortages or changes Oversee equipment operations to ensure smooth production flow with minimal downtime Partner with maintenance teams to prioritize repairs and improvements that enhance line productivity Monitor compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and regulatory expectations, ensuring audit readiness at all times Collaborate with Quality Assurance to uphold product standards and minimize rework Proactively address issues related to accuracy (e.g. packaging, codes, labeling) and enforce safety practices on the floor Set clear expectations for performance, provide feedback, and handle coaching or corrective actions as needed What you need for this position: Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting Strong understanding of food safety standards, production processes, and OSHA regulations Comfortable working in cold environments and operating production equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general computer systems Experience in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing (preferably food-related) Effective project and team management skills with the ability to lead from the front Spanish-English bilingual skills strongly preferred Interested in hearing more?
