Job Description:
Description The Intern, Supply Chain & ERP Transformation offers
a hands-on opportunity to work on real-world supply chain
transformation initiatives within a GMP-regulated, life sciences
environment. The intern will partner closely with Supply Chain,
Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support
ERP optimization, data integrity, and process improvement efforts.
Rather than observational work, this internship is project-driven.
The intern will own clearly defined deliverables that contribute
directly to operational efficiency, data accuracy, and system
usability. By the end of the internship, the intern will have
completed tangible projects that can be showcased in future roles
or academic settings. We're thrilled to provide a 10-week paid
internship at our facility in Tustin, CA . As an intern, you'll
dive deep into our team culture, take on significant projects, and
play a vital role in our team's dynamics. This temporary, 40-hour
per week office position is designed to offer you a wealth of
experience and the chance to connect with professionals in the
industry. Key Learning Objectives: During this internship, the
intern will: Gain exposure to enterprise ERP systems (Microsoft
Dynamics D365) and how they support end-to-end supply chain
operations Understand how inventory, planning, and master data
drive operational performance in regulated industries Learn how
supply chain KPIs are designed, measured, and used to drive
decision-making Develop cross-functional communication skills by
working with operations, quality, and planning teams Apply
continuous improvement concepts in a live manufacturing and
warehouse environment Key Responsibilities: Support supply chain
analysts and managers with data analysis and documentation Assist
with ERP-related tasks under supervision, including reporting and
data validation Participate in cross-functional meetings and
project discussions Help prepare training materials, SOP drafts, or
user guides Perform ad hoc analysis related to inventory, planning,
or warehouse operations Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled
in a Bachelor’s program in Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. Kn owledge
of MRP principles, bill of materials structure, and production
scheduling best practices Ability to work independently and as part
of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage
multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft
Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Position Type/Expected Hours
of Work: This role is a temporary position operating Monday through
Friday, 5x8 (5 days x 8 hours) schedule. Monday, June 15 th through
Friday, August 21st What to Expect as an Avid Bio Intern: Summer
Project: Personalized project plan, complete with a pre-determined
roadmap and week by week milestones that the intern will need to
meet, ensuring clear expectations and measurable outcomes.
Mentorship: Your manager and team will provide training,
mentorship, and development opportunities. Weekly Check-ins and
1:1s: Conduct both on a weekly basis to ensure clear communication
and support for our interns. Performance Assessments: Conduct mid
and end of program performance assessments to be provided with
constructive criticism and feedback to help you grow and succeed.

Environment: In this dynamic role, expect a blend of regular
activities like sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional

chemicals, vibrations, or loud noise levels occasionally. However,
