Compensation: $33.50/Hr *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, within a manufacturing or logistics environment. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and motivating staff. Strong experience in inventory management, including shipping/receiving, reconciliation, and cycle counting. Proficiency in ERP software. Experience with warehouse equipment, specifically Reach Forklifts. As a Warehouse Supervisor you will: Lead, supervise, coach, and develop a team of 9-10 warehouse employees (stock clerks). Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, shipping, inventory control, and internal stock movement. Maintain precise inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and discrepancy reconciliation using ERP software. Coordinate the efficient flow of inventory to manufacturing/production lines daily, ensuring no production stoppages. Manage relationships with third-party fulfillment centers to ensure efficiency. Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Work closely with other departments, demonstrating collaboration and adaptability. Utilize laptops, RF scanners, and spreadsheets (Excel) for daily tasks. Participate in a large warehouse rearrangement project. Benefits: This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering full benefits.
