Commercial Litigation Associate Location: San Diego, CA Salary Range: $245,000 - $290,000 (depending on experience) A San Diego-based litigation team is seeking a driven associate to join its practice handling high-stakes business disputes and complex commercial litigation. This role offers exposure to challenging matters across financial services, intellectual property, real estate, construction, entertainment, and employment litigation. What You'll Do: Work closely with senior attorneys on all phases of litigation Handle complex discovery, legal research, and motion practice Represent clients in court, arbitration, and negotiations Contribute to trial preparation and strategy on high-profile matters What We're Looking For: 3-6 years of complex commercial litigation experience Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills California Bar admission required Demonstrated initiative and team-oriented mindset This is an excellent opportunity for an associate seeking deep involvement in sophisticated litigation and the chance to work with a tight-knit team on cases that make an impact.
