You will work closely with a full support team and play a key role in securing favorable outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters Evaluate liability, damages, and medical treatment to build strong cases Draft and review persuasive demand packages Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel Maintain frequent and transparent communication with clients regarding case status Collaborate with internal support staff including case managers, demand writers, and lien negotiators Document case progress and maintain organized notes using the firm’s legal CRM (Litify) Qualifications Active California Bar License in good standing 4 years of personal injury experience, primarily focused on pre-litigation Proven ability to independently handle a full caseload from start to finish Strong knowledge of California personal injury law and claims processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Familiarity with legal CRM systems (Litify preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid firm holidays CLE reimbursement and professional development support Structured in-office environment with a supportive and collaborative culture Regular team-building events and firm-sponsored activities (e.g., lunches, holiday parties, Topgolf outings) Clear growth path and mentorship opportunities within the firm Interested in hearing more?
